To guarantee our high standards of personalized care, all session bookings require a verified phone number and active email address. Large group bookings, wedding parties, or specialized color balayage sessions may require a credit card hold or deposit to lock the slot.
We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled time to enjoy our complementary refreshment lounge and fill out skin mapping diagnostics.
We understand that schedules shift. However, as our master artists design their day exclusively around your appointment, we respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling request.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or complete "no-shows" may be subject to a fee representing 50% of the reserved treatment rate.
All custom hair color formulas, diagnostic treatment notes, and digital lookbook photography displayed on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Luxe Aura Salon & Spa.

Your confidence is our absolute pride. If for any reason your hair tone or treatment result does not align with what was agreed during your salon consultation, please notify us within 7 days. We will coordinate a priority correction session at zero additional cost.
